As Lamithra Art & R&D, we ensure that your artworks and R&D projects, meticulously prepared by us, reach you in the safest and fastest way possible.

Shipping and Delivery Process

Your orders are shipped within Turkey with the assurance of Yurtiçi Kargo; for international shipments, they are sent with UPS and Fedex.

  • Preparation Time: Since our artworks go through boutique production and handcrafting (painting/assembly) processes, your order will be delivered to cargo within 3-7 business days after confirmation.

  • Secure Packaging: All our products are shipped in their original, highly protective packaging to prevent damage during transport. Packages are delivered as sealed boxes, and the official invoice is placed on the package.

Delivery Options and Pricing

  • Domestic Shipping (Turkey): The fixed shipping fee is 270 TL.

  • International Shipping: Shipping costs are borne by the recipient. Our shipping options:

    • Express Shipping: 5-7 Business Days

    • Standard Shipping: 1-5 Weeks

  • Branch Delivery: Customers who do not wish to share address information can pick up their packages from the nearest cargo branch by specifying this in the order note. (Please remember to add a current phone number).

Estimated Delivery Times (Turkey)

Estimated delivery times after your cargo has been dispatched, according to your region:

  • 1 Business Day: Istanbul, Izmir, Bursa, Ankara, and surrounding provinces.

  • 2 Business Days: Adana, Antalya, Kayseri, Samsun, and surrounding provinces.

  • 3 Business Days: Adiyaman, Diyarbakir, Rize, Van, and remote areas.

  • Note: In villages and towns far from cargo centers, delivery times may vary according to the cargo company's distribution plan.
